To remember you’re representing the company. Thats not to say you cant unwind, Just don’t do anything you’ll regret come January.
To make sure it safe, It would be strange if we didn’t say that, we are a H&S company after all!
The things you want to avoid:

Tis the season to be jolly, not squiffy!
Excluding anyone, even old Ebenezer!
Forgetting Professionalism
Attendance at Christmas Parties isn’t compulsory, think about your timing to try and make it accessible for everyone. Limit open bars and ask team leaders to keep an eye out, so any social upsets can be nipped in the bud before they become offensive.
No-one wants to be a Grinch, we all want our teams to really enjoy the ‘Most Wonderful Time of the Year’. So remember, proper planning and good communication can go a long way to spread Christmas cheer to one and all.
