Construction Phase Plans
The construction phase plan (CPP) is a requirement under CDM 2015 which records arrangements for managing significant health and safety risks associated with the construction of the project and is the basis for communicating those arrangements to those involved in the construction phase.
During the course of the project, the Principal Contractor (or contractor) must ensure that the construction phase plan is reviewed, updated and revised, while the Client must ensure the plan adequately addresses arrangements for managing risks and that the Principal Contractor (or contractor) regularly reviews and revises the plan while also implementing it on site.
Safety For use our extensive construction experience to assist both the Principal Contractor and the Client by either writing or reviewing a CPP and ensuring it is implemented effectively through site inspections and auditing.
