Solving Problems and Making Decisions - 1 & 1/2 Day Course
The purpose of this standard is to enable the delegate to develop the knowledge to be able to solve problems and make decisions as required by a practising or potential site supervisor.
Leadership and Management Practice in Construction - 2 Day Course
The purpose of this course is to enable the delegate to develop knowledge and understanding of using leadership and management skills to ensure safety and quality requirements and appropriate standards of behaviour are met when achieving project and work plans as required by a practising or potential team leader or site supervisor.
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Refresher - 2 Day Course
The SMSTS Refresher course is a 2 day course designed for site managers, or aspiring site managers. It is designed for those with responsibility for managing, monitoring, implementing and reporting in a construction environment.
The course covers relevant health and safety and environmental legislation affecting safe working in the building, construction and civi engineering industries. It highlights the need for risk assessment in the workplace, the implementation of the necessary control measures, and adequate communication to sustain a health and safety culture among the workforce.
The SMSTS course is endorsed by Build UK as the standard training for all construction managers.
Health and Safety Awareness - 1 Day Course
This one day Health and Safety Awareness (HSA) course is designed to aid the understanding of potential hazards the construction workers may face on site. The course is an ideal foundation for those wishing to obtain an industry site card. It is also a route to the QCF Level Award in health and safety in a construction environment for the CSCS labourer card.
Handling Difficult Situations - 2 Day Course
The purpose of this standard is to enable the delegate to develop knowledge and understanding of handling difficult situations regarding performance, discipline, conflict, stress and diversity as required by a practising or potential site supervisor.
Planning and Monitoring Work in Construction - 1 Day Course
The purpose of this standard is to enable the delegate to develop an understanding of effective planning and monitoring of work as required by a practising or potential site supervisor.
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)- 5 Day Course
This is a 5 day course, with 1 training day per week, spread over 5 weeks. This course commences on the 11th Nov, followed by the 18th Nov, 25th Nov, 2nd Dec, 9th Dec.
The SMSTS course is a 5 day course designed for site managers, or aspiring site managers. It is designed for those with responsibility for managing, monitoring, implementing and reporting in a construction environment.

IOSH Managing Safely - 3 Day Course (Copy)
Across the accredited 3-day course, IOSH Managing Safely delivers the knowledge needed for those in positions of responsibility to identify, evaluate and control workplace risks. This includes assessing the effectiveness and performance of the health and safety systems already in place across your organisation.

The purpose of this course is to enable the delegate to develop knowledge and understanding of the role and responsibilities of a team leader and be able to improve personal performance.
